I never got my order, what to do?
Please make sure you track your order using the tracking information received after dispatch or contact us as soon as possible. It is our responsibility for you to receive your order and we take this very seriously.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest every time. However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping. The shipping fee may vary based on your location. Take advantage of International Free Delivery for a specified minimum order value, as highlighted on our website.
Please note that import taxes may apply to your order, which are payable upon importation into your country. These taxes are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on applicable import duties.
For the European Union and the United States, prices displayed include all taxes, and we offer door-to-door delivery. We collect and pay the taxes on your behalf.

Leather
Types of leather
We only use the best vegetable-tanned leather shoulders for our printed leather. We source our leather from Italy - Tuscany region, trying to keep the highest standard of quality. You can find more information by visiting the About us page.
How it's made?
Can I use an additional coating?
The leather comes already coated with a medium gloss coating, and it's not necessary to add waxes or other coatings to enrich the surface. It is not recommended to use any finish as it may react with the leather coating. Waxes can be used, but they won't be absorbed by the leather.
Can you supply different sizes?
Our leather comes in different size panels that can be used for many leather products.
Contact us if you need a custom size. Minimum order quantity applies.
For now, we can't supply panels larger than 42 x 30 cm or 16.5 x 13.8 inches
